Mandatory In-dealer Employee Practices

We regularly communicate with our associates, emphasizing the best practices needed to guard against the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. These practices include frequent handwashing, utilizing hand sanitizer stations and frequent cleaning of high-touch areas, to name a few. Associates who are not feeling well are instructed to stay home, monitor their symptoms and get tested, if necessary. Associates who are returning from travel outside of Canada are instructed to self-quarantine for 14 days, as per the guidance of health experts.

All of our customer-facing associates will have a mask on when they are in contact with customers.

We will continue to be diligent in monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic in our region, and will respond based on the advice of governments, public health authorities and medical professionals. We will do our best to maintain a superior level of service at all times—but, for the time being, this service may look different as we continue to focus on health and safety above all else.
