Customer Practices

The following measures will further help us to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone in our dealership and in our community:

  • If you have recently returned from another country, we kindly ask that you respect the guidelines of health authorities and do not visit the dealership for at least 14 days after your return date
  • If you are not feeling well, or you have had contact with another person affected by the COVID-19 virus, we kindly ask that you do not bring your vehicle in for service
  • Our associates are directed to wear disposable gloves, wash their hands between customer contacts and refrain from shaking hands at this time; please accept our salutations as a sign of respect and consideration for your health and safety
  • We will ensure that the lines of communication with our customers remain open throughout this situation and that our health guidelines are always current. We have several ways that you can communicate with our staff
